With this book, I would like to help you make eating a pleasure again. A pleasure that requires little time for shopping and preparation and is easy to prepare. I have been a certified nutritionist since 2012. Through close collaboration with my clients, I realized that many people want to eat fresh and healthy food, but lack the necessary knowledge and time for shopping and preparation. And this is exactly where this nutrition and cookbook comes in.
